This wine's deep golden robe attests to its 9 year breeding, and its nose as well, giving off scents of hazelnut, toasted brioche butter and a hint of blossom. As it opens, the complexity of this wine really comes out, a balance between freshness and fullness, especially on the palate. A long complex mouthfeel, of nutty, buttery, creamy aromas that is very pleasant while remaining sharp, as expected of a Blanc de Blancs and round, as expected from a great Champagne.
