This wine displays a pale golden robe, with thin bubbles and expresses fresh citrus and blossom aromas on nose. It starts with a relatively low intensity and once it opens and warms up in the glass, its elegance and complexity develops into dried lemon and dried blossom aromas. On the palate, we found this same elegance, a bit more sharp than its Extra Brut counterpart, with an intense freshness, due to the Zero Dosage.
