This constant and stable evolution of the nose really demonstrates the stability and potential of this Champagne. On the first mouth feel, the wine is sharp and fresh with a generous effervescence. It starts off with sharp, typical Chardonnay freshness, with citrus notes and ends, due to the 10% Pinot Noir, in a long, round, generous mouth-feel.
