This wine’s pale lemon robe really represents the “classic” champagne look, while its nose displays medium intense notes of citrus, blossoms, and butter cookies, that persist and keep their freshness even after prolonged airing. On the palate, the wine is very well-balanced, between the acidity and fullness, with light effervescence, it is a very easy to drink wine. During its long mouthfeel, we notice the evolution mineral aromas as the wine airs, maintaining the freshness as the wine becomes rounder.
